Karl is AWESOME!! He goes beyond to help his customers and has been a huge help with working with mine and my kids schedules. We will miss Karl since we have different coverage now but he has still been there for me and my son when my son has needed repairs on his glasses!! I will still see Karl for frames and contacts so far no one else has had great prices and customer service like he does!

I had amazing service and they cared about what I liked and made sure my glasses fit right unlike academy kids where they mess up your order three times and don't care. Gideon is a great friendly dog as well such fun to play with while in there waiting!!

Great prices and selection. Can't get better personal service. Brought my husbands glasses in that I had stepped on and he fixed frameless support without charge. I totally recommend this office over chain businesses

I have had to get glasses since I was 12 years old and this place has been by far the best place I have gone to! The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating and they made sure I was absolutely satisfied before leaving. After I broke my original pair that I got from them, not only did they replace them for free by finding a way for the VA to pay for them, they then rush ordered them. I came in Monday and walked out Friday with free glasses that they also did a free upgrade on my lenses to make it an even better experience. Make sure to go out of your way to get glasses here, you will not regret it!
